Yes, all of our captains are fully licensed, certified, and hold a Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC). They are experienced professionals who prioritize your safety and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience on the water.
If the weather conditions are unsafe for your charter, we will notify you within 48 hours of your trip and reschedule it at no extra cost. Your safety is our top priority, and we’ll work to find a new date that works for you.
If we have to cancel your trip due to weather, you’ll have the option to reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will provide a full refund.
If you cancel more than 72 hours before the trip, we will refund your deposit in full. However, if you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled trip, you will lose the 50% deposit.
